About Jon
Jon joined the team in mid-May of 2022 as a Production Associate. Prior to Oat Foundry, Jon worked as a Wheel Chair Assembly Technician and Audio Engineer. His day-to-day in the shop consists of assembling and ensuring the quality of our Split Flap and Picture Flap Displays with his strong attention to detail from past experiences. Jon is an established musician as he composes, records, and performs music with a range of different bands, claiming to love all music – the sign of a true musician. When he’s not strumming a tune, you can catch Jon spending time with his wife Tracy playing crossword puzzles, camping, and listening to new albums. Jon describes himself as kind, quiet, and creative – he doesn’t hesitate to crack a joke here and there too. Jon’s niche for working with his hands while having great attention to detail is all present in his role behind the flaps.
