About Natalia
Natalia joined the Oat Foundry team in June of 2026. She has lived on both coasts, but is originally from Iowa. Growing up in such a deeply boring state has forced her to nurture her creativity, eventually leading to a BA in Art & Cinema from the University of Iowa; she then lived in Spokane, Washington for several years after graduating. In late 2023, she moved to Philadelphia and has been in love with the city ever since. On her days off, she can be found wandering different neighborhoods, searching for bookstores, cafes, and weird graffiti. She also loves watercolor painting, knitting, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and cuddling with her calico cat, Junebug.
Natalia brings years of Facilities and Office Admin experience to Oat Foundry. Her role is multifaceted, but her ultimate goal is to make the working lives of her teammates better. She manages cultural events, general maintenance and repairs within the office, the office kitchen, and the company’s Innovation Program. She is people-oriented to her core, and her penchant for helping out in any way she can makes her a great team player.
