Getting Connected with Portal

Quick Add a Sequence:

1. Go to the Collections page and click “Add Sequence”
2. On the New Sequence page, your first artboard (out of 20) will automatically be added
3. Select “Add Page” on the left
4. In the popup window with all 20 artboards, choose “Select all” at the bottom
5. Deselect Artboard #1, because that was already added to your Sequence automatically, and add the 19 artboards
6. Open the Settings by clicking on the gear icon on the top left
7. Change all animation durations to 5-10 seconds (recommended)
8. Change the page duration to the length of time that you’d like each artboard to appear on your sign (1-5 minutes recommended)
9. Name & save your Sequence
10. Back on the Collections page, enable the “Loop” option to have your Picture Flap run 24/7

Scheduling Content:

There are a few ways to display and update the artwork on your Picture Flap display:

1. From the Create Sequence page or the Collections page, choose the “Instant Sequence” option to have a Sequence play through one time on your Picture Flap.
2. Use the Schedule page to set one or more Sequence to run during designated timeframes.
3. On the Collections page, enable the “Loop” option to have your Picture Flap run 24/7 with the selected Sequence.

How do I access my account for the first time?

Check your email for an invite to your Picture Flap Portal from <emailbot@oatfoundry.com>

Don’t forget to check the Spam folder.

How do I change my Portal password?

In your Portal account, go to the My Account page and select the Security tab.  Or use the Forgot Password option.

Can I add more users?

If you’re an admin on your Portal account, you can add new users with a variety of options for their access to creating content and adjusting scheduled messages.

Printing New Art for the Picture Flap

Inquire with our team about printing new artwork to refresh your Picture Flap display. We can replace one artboard or image, or all twenty flaps. Pricing will depend on the number of flaps per module you would like to replace, as well as the total number of modules in your display.

All new flap orders must be processed through Oat Foundry in order to match our exact flap sizing and materials.  A specialized technician is not required to insert new flaps; anyone on your team can complete that process and no tools are required.
