Located at 1333 Oak Lawn Avenue, this 120k square-foot highrise represents the next chapter in Quadrant Investment Properties’ investment in the district. Designed by Merriman Anderson Architects, the ten-story tower offers office spaces on the upper levels, a ninth-floor community lounge and fitness center, and a ground-floor restaurant space, all aimed at fostering a dynamic work-life balance.
Every element of Thirteen Thirty Three is crafted to inspire, from its sleek, contemporary design to the curated art that gives the building energy and personality. The ninth-floor terraces provide stunning views of the Dallas skyline, while the ground-level features ensure the building serves as a hub of activity for tenants and visitors alike. The thoughtfully designed elevator waiting areas further enhance the building’s artistic flair, combining minimalist elegance with standout design elements.
Central to this space is a 6 row by 24 column Split Flap display, an installation that enriches the contemporary aesthetic. Positioned prominently in the elevator waiting area, the Split Flap integrates seamlessly with the building’s design, offering a captivating mix of mechanical motion, bold typography, and branding. The Split Flap has a custom rasterized logo printed across one flap in each module – giving the sign a direct tie to the branding around 1333. The display serves as both an artistic focal point and a functional feature, delivering building updates, event information, and creative content in a manner that reflects the innovative spirit of Dallas’s Design District.
