Our re-imagined modular design allows for the nostalgic technology to be applied to a plethora of use cases. Out of the Box Installation

Once shipped, a Split Flap can be installed in a few steps. First, mount sets of backers to the wall, then hang each module (our team pre-fills the flaps) in the correct location. Ask our team about alternative mounting options, such as hanging frames or stands. Required Tools include a Level, a Pencil, and a Power Drill with a couple of drill bit sizes. All displays come with comprehensive installation guidelines.

When paired with Algorithm, the companion technology to Split Flap, the analog experience goes even further. Available in six different layout options, Algorithm transforms kinetic signage into an interactive engagement tool. Sizing

Pricing for Split Flaps starts at about $15k for a display in our Classic Black finish and scales up from here with the size of your display. From color selection, which also includes Modern White and Enterprise Custom Color, pricing will fluctuate based on the number of rows and columns required, as well as any customizations to flaps (additional colors, symbols, etc.). Buck & Rider delivers a rare experience in the heart of the Arizona desert: fresh seafood flown in daily from both coasts. Since opening in 2015, the restaurant has earned a reputation for exceptional quality, from Maine Lobster and Georgia Shrimp to its exclusive LGO Reserve Beef, a USDA-certified cut found nowhere else in the state. Across its locations, Buck & Rider features custom Split Flap displays that complement the East Coast cannery-inspired interiors, blending industrial charm with steakhouse sophistication. Our Split Flap displays are an energy-efficient signage option built with sustainable materials. They’re built to last. Unlike a television or other LED displays, you will never have to replace a screen, pixel or buy a new unit because it stopped working. We have a Split Flap in our shop running non-stop for what would be 250+ years for the average customer. A Split Flap display is a beautiful, innovative solution that will keep you on target for your LEED certification.

Five Year Warranty

Our signs are designed to withstand the test of time. We have had one of our original Split Flaps testing in our shop for over 50 million rotations (completing a cycle from flap #1 to flap #50).

For a Split Flap installation that updates frequently and operates all day and every day, 50 million rotations is equivalent to about 25 to 35 years of average use. Signs that update a few times per hour and for 50 hours per week can flip for 250+ years before seeing 50 million rotations.
