Sustainable Signage

Eco-Friendly Analog Displays for Brands

Oat Foundry’s Split Flap, Picture Flap, and Chroma Flap displays are modernized departure boards, similar to those found in European transit hubs. Our eco friendly signage is one-of-a-kind and built to order, perfect to keep your company on track to meet it’s sustainability goals. Serving as a low power display, sustainable art, and interactive technology, our sustainable text and image-based signs are ready to tell your unique brand story.

Why Brands Are Switching to Split Flap

Split Flap (and Picture Flap) are not only fun throwbacks to mid-century design, but also low power displays that save energy. These eco friendly signs allow brands to have the same impact in high traffic areas as with digital displays. The sustainable signage uses a fraction of the power it would take to display messages on a screen, and doesn’t run hot. Learn more about the benefits of custom sustainable signage below!

Split Flap Display Attracts Attention

1. Engages with Movement & Sound

The sound and movement of a sustainable Split Flap disrupts people from their phone scrolling, cycling through to generate a captivating message. The opportunities for experiential engagement are also limitless, helping brands deliver messages in a sustainable way.

2. Customize To Your Space and Brand

Our eco-friendly signs can also be customized to match your unique branding and style. Color-match the display frame, add symbols and company logos along with letters. With 100+ size options, brands can scale the displays to fit their unique space.

3. Cut Down on Disposable Digital

Rather than investing in sustainable signs, many brands choose to cycle through screens and digital displays every few years. One of our Split Flaps or Picture Flaps, however, will last for a decade at least, ensuring that your brand won’t contribute to a seriously significant carbon footprint.

4. Reduce Visual Clutter & Screen Fatigue

Despite not being a digital screen, Split Flap and Picture Flap boards are great space savers. Rather than have numerous digital signs, virtual message boards, or menus on monitors, a sustainable Split Flap display can cycle through a range of messages or images.

Custom Split Flap Pricing
