Part of the globally recognized IHG Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Indigo® is known for its boutique charm, vibrant design, and commitment to offering guests a truly local experience. Each Hotel Indigo location draws inspiration from its surroundings, creating unique spaces that reflect the neighborhood’s history, culture, and spirit. The Hotel Indigo Atlanta Downtown is no exception, blending Atlanta’s rich heritage with modern touches to deliver an unforgettable stay in one of the city’s most dynamic districts.
Located in the heart of Atlanta’s Arts and Entertainment District, Hotel Indigo Atlanta Downtown sits amidst a cultural hub of creativity and energy. Just steps away from the iconic Fox Theatre, the hotel takes design cues from this historic venue, renowned for its dazzling architecture and legendary performances. The lobby itself is a testament to the hotel’s connection to its surroundings – an artistic oasis that mirrors the vibrancy of the district. With thoughtful details, music-inspired decor, and an inviting atmosphere, the space serves as a gateway to Atlanta’s soul-infused arts scene.
At the center of this creative hub is the Split Flap display, a stunning focal point that brings both style and functionality to the hotel’s lobby. With its 4 rows and 24 columns, the sign captures the attention of guests as it rotates through messages, creating a kinetic experience that evokes nostalgia and curiosity. The Split Flap isn’t just a decorative piece – it’s an interactive attraction that mirrors the movement and energy of Midtown Atlanta. Whether displaying greetings, event details, or local inspirations, the display enhances the lobby’s dynamic vibe while seamlessly blending into its artistic design.
The Split Flap is a perfect representation of the Hotel Indigo ethos: rooted in the local culture while offering something delightfully unexpected. It draws guests into the moment, sparking conversations and encouraging them to engage with the space. Together, the Split Flap, the hotel’s unique design, and its commitment to celebrating the neighborhood create an experience that is as memorable as Midtown Atlanta itself.
